Gratitude Lately.

“I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought; and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.”
– G. K. Chesterton

Lately I’ve been grateful for…

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // The moon

Mr. Moon who seems present in our skies all day long during the colder months of the year.

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // Fall leaves

Fall leaves that are determined to hold on until the last seconds of the season, reminding me that perseverance is beautiful.

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // Fire pits and fires

The return of warm fires, deliciously enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // Farm fresh squash from squash season

The onset of squash season and the amazing varieties local farms supply us with.

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // Playing games

Old-fashioned games that don’t require power sources, touch screens, or sharing on social media.

Gratitude Lately: Taking time to appreciate the small moments in life through photography and gratitude. // Changing seasons on the pond

Winter’s gentle arrival and autumn’s long lasting colors.

What have you been grateful for lately?

Spiced coffee is so delicious. And three million cheers and fist pumps for being cancer free for the past year! That must be an amazing feeling :) Thanks so much for coming by, I hope you’ll come to my blog again! I love your design… I’m going to keep you in mind for when I can afford a blog design.

I just can’t get over that moon photo, wow! For some reason the moon always seems more crisp and clear to me during the winter months. I love walking out in the early morning, when the sky is purple-y blue, and seeing a bright crescent–it’s often almost surreal. Gives me a warm feeling of awe despite the bitter chill outside! All these photos and moments are precious and I am so glad you shared them.
